Warrior General Games

Right now I have a regular +1 Return Specialist for my CB. I have been shopping all season long and finally hit a decent piece. It is +3 agility, +1 head fake. With the +3 I am getting in return specialist right now is it better than the +3 agility, +3 head fake I would be getting? I like the idea of having a 10 in return specialist, but think a fake ability could be better for him....Here is his build:

Since his build is out there, any advise on what I should do to improve him? I will level up 1 more time this season and with my three boosts, I was thinking of going one of these routes with the 20 skill points I will be getting:

Option 1: 5 (+1) points speed, 15(+3) points agility to take them both to the 6 cap
Option 2: 18 (+6) points into vision, 2 points in carrying
Option 3: 13 skill points into return specialist to get back to a 10, 7 in carrying or 6(+2) to vision
Option 4: Something different than I have here

Any help/advise is will be greatly appreciated.
