► Two of the Eastern Conference heavyweights will battle for playoff seeding. Both the Rented Mules and Dogs are 10-2 with four games remaining on their schedule. Yellowknife comes in riding a six-game winning streak while Village has put together seven in a row. The Dogs have shown they have what it takes to beat the best by virtue of their 23-20 win over Queen City, yet a loss by a field goal (23-26) was in the cards when they played the Magnificent B-Tards. Hopefully this game will be closer than my last couple of Game of the Week picks. ◄

► First, let me be the first to say that (in the eyes of the projector) the Salty Dogs get too much respect. Second, the Northern Polar Bears don't get enough. With an "upset" win against the Salty Dogs, Northern sets themselves up nicely for a home playoff game by winning the head-to-head tiebreaker. If the third-ranked St. John's team does pull out a victory, their only two losses will have been to the #1 and #2 seeds. Unfortunately for me, I expect the game will be much, much closer than the projector indicates. ◄

I may have to stop picking a "Game of the Week." More often than not it is this game that highlights the inaccuracy of the projector. Taurran's return from illness appears to have come at the wrong time for vtech and the Hashishim. Overall the projector went 6-for-8 in the East missing only the aforementioned Halifax/Magnificent game and the Memphis/Charlesburgh game.

Another five-for-eight performance for the projector in the West. The North Delta Huskies pulled off an eight point win despite being a one point underdog. The Bloodhounds of Season 12 played more like Thunder Bay of Season 11 in demolishing Tadoussac...a good sign as they're projected to end the season with identical 10-6 records. CONN CHRIS asked for an uplifting performance from the Thunder Bay Mules, and they pulled of quite the upset with their victory against the Manitoba Aftershocks. Congrats, Sleepy Mule on the upset...it may well have secured one of the last remaining playoff spots for your team!

The top of the East is fierce.

Its been a great season thus far, I am just happy to be in the mix after the tough season we had last season.

I can't believe in the EAST how close the mid-tier is also.

6th to 11th place are all super close with the 12 and 13th teams be really tough. (The projector even has the 12th place dragons beating us at 6th place) Which is possible i think too.

The last 3 play-offs spots will continue to be juggled around right up to the very last game I feel. Hell 2 games ago we were 12th place, we won 2 games in a row and now we are in 6th.

It didn't help that I had other issues come up, and didn't get any scouting done, and didn't get my AI's done. I don't think it would have mattered though. The Bastards just ran all over us.
