For my DE, would it be better to boost 2 levels (I've already boosted 1 time) or to keep the CE I have?

I have +6 points on speed, but I might get rid of it to boost. What do you think?

if you are serious about trying to be good, then both.

From a value perspective, if you can only do one then I'd do CE

I'd say if you can only do one then boost because you can always change your mind later and buy a new CE but you can never go back and get boosts.
