So you want to build an LB and put him at CB? Probably not a good idea.

i think the closest thing to that would be a blitzing CB, and i dont think there are really too many of those at all.

It's an interesting idea, but the problem is that it's tough to have "specialist" CBs . . . . if you can't cover at an elite level you're a liability.

Except they didn't have a finite amount of points to allocate. Nnamdi is sure is hell not a LB-type guy.

Go for it--it's cool to try new things. Just be aware that it will be tough to not suck in coverage.

Strength works well at lower levels, but you'll need blocking as you advance if you want a physical CB. Since they don't auto-gain in blocking, it's going to take a considerable investement training blocking to where it will be useful.

Why would you want blocking?

here is my physical corner http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=1047312
i recommend 74spd/74agi/68vis/50str
note: that CB has 23 catching, yet he still has more picks then my other 2 CB's combined and they both have catching to 48. though he may not have any of the SA's you speak of, he is a monster none-the-less in the run game, makes tackles and gets rev-cakes/breaks wr blocks very easily. he also gets to jackhammer the wr's from time to time when not just getting a regular Pd

Strength alone won't enable you to break blocks consistently - a physical player needs to be able to handle blockers, but CB's don't autogain in blocking for a reason....

Sure, but blocking only plays a very small roll in the break block formula, and CBs rarely have to break any other block than a WR block. There isn't a good enough reason to actually make any investment in blocking.
