I've reported this to Bort. Had a bunch of examples yesterday. Must be something wonky with CB ball calculation or play definitions. Only happens on deep balls.

Damn, that's shitty. Why do we put in so many hours and $s when shit like this happens? We must be sick.

Same thing happened to me on another team today. Luckily we got pressure on the QB so he threw a bad pass but if it had been a good pass it would have been an easy TD.

something like this happens every season and I'm always amazed people keep acting surprised about it.

Not quite the same thing - on this play, the CB peels off once the ball is thrown, and the WR had a step on him - could've gone for a TD even without the bug. On the original play linked, the CB peels off before the ball is thrown, which is why the WR is open in the first place.

But, yes. Still a bug, and still something that Bort needs to fix ASAP, because it's frankly ridiculous.
