Personally I think your strength is too high and your confidence is too low. I do like your build though for the most part, especially for a level 37.

Now I've got vision up to the 4SP cap I am going to work on confidence. He's a relatively slow built player and his performances don't really matter at the moment so I don't have to worry about certain stats being too low because it doesn't matter if the team he plays for wins or loses (we tend to lose a lot).
