Some of you will know me some wont. i been around since Season 1 day 16 and have been part of a few successful teams) The trophies avoided me for the most part but I have a good reputation here in GLB.
I am part of a organization that holds 7 teams ran by great owners who have top notch GM's and coordinators. We are going to start building our teams more towards helping the rest out rather than own success. Doesnt mean we havent, but we just gained a few of the teams recently. We had some issues this past offseason with our vll 28 and 38 cap teams where we didnt take control of them till after they got bumped up and the players they had didnt fit the level and most wanted to leave rather than not be competitive. We had to fill the rosters with non boosters (some great boosting ones as well) but we want to get both of them back to our winning ways.
With that said both of those teams are still in the hunt and neither has a losing record (due to hard work by all of the GM's.
We are only looking for Boosters NO EXCEPTIONS. if you arent a booster dont waste your time responding. We are looking for top agents that range from Pee Wee (next season) and all the way up to lvl 55-60. Here is the breakdown of the teams we have and the levels we are looking for.

this team is our first and our baby. We will be losing players to GLB Heaven due to their age and creation date so we are looking for level 45-60 players (players who will be 45-60 next season) I am the OC here

this is one of the teams we had to run and get any agents who would join this offseason. this team will need some great agents to come in and help out. lvl 39-45 (will look at players up to lvl 55 depending on the Heats needs)
this team will be lvl 34-38 cap next season

i also OC this team. this was the other team who we hurried to fill this year as we werent expecting the jump in cap. We had 2 players who didnt get released in time and we got stuck. this team will be looking for lvl 34-38 cap players next season

we will try to move the Hustlers to lvl 38 if this team gets lvl 34.

We also may have another team to enter into our organization. a few of us who help are part of this organization all played together on a team that went away 3 seasons ago (owner still kept it) well the Owner is back and we are working on bringing that team back and getting it in the mix with the Heat. It will probably be a uncapped minors team as well but we are holding off on determining anything yet.
I am going through all the teams now and I will post lists of exactly what we are looking for when I finish. For the time being if you are interested please PM me and we will go from there.
