Warrior General Games

Well we missed last week, but not to worry, I'm back at it again. Enjoy!!!


1 (3) Chicago Hedgehogs : They earned this last week, but had another solid win this week. Only a loss to the Marauders or the Wolfpack will knock them out of this spot now.

2 (2) Minnesota Marauders : Ugly win over the Longhorns. The only reason I don’t drop them is that they beat the Wolfpack.

3 (1) Washington Wolfpack : Solid win over the Seminoles, but they’ll have to wait a couple of weeks to make a play for 1st again when they meet up with the Hedgehogs.

4 (4)D-League Dream Team : Loss to the Stoners hurt, but they came back and slammed the Kampers so I’ll keep here for now.

5 (5) Northwest Nighthawks : Simply Over-rated. Almost lost to a 0-7 team.

6 (6) Austin Longhorns : Really should take the #5 spot from the NWNHs but with 3 losses, I can’t do it jut yet. Very good game against the Marauders. These guys are the real deal and are pretty much a lock for the play-offs.

7 76) Cincinnati Stoners : Beat the Dream Team and I can’t hold losing to the #1 team in the league against them. They’d move up despite today’s loss, but the Long Horns put up an impressive fight this week against the #2 team.

8 (8) Ketchikan Kamper Adventure Rentals: Sand bagging against a top team again so they can try and Blindside NWNHs. Expect another loss against the Hedgehogs before they spring their surprise against their arch-nemesis.

9 (9) Tallahassee Seminoles : If they fall into a 1st round play-off game, they’ll be flying to it and flying home to watch the rest of the play-offs.

10(11) Houston Toros : I don’t know if they can hold on to this rank. It depends more on other teams that it does on them.

11 (13) Nashville Hounds : Demo Game means nothing, but I have no where else to put you.

12 (10) New Jersey Battalion : Wala Wala Haha. Seriously, what happened? Played well against the best but now losing to the worst.

13 (12) Timpanogos Thunder : Good pilots sometimes crash plans…please eject.

14 (15) Wala Wala Drunken Shriners : Congrats on the win. Statically not out of it. Keep winning.

15 (14) Carson City Cubes : Messed with the bull and got the horns.

16 (16) San Diego Demolition: CPU, CPU, CPU

The fact that we actually won while playing ugly should be a bonus .

Thanks for the #1 ranking. I'm surprised we didn't get dropped down for losing a scrim to the blaze. Seriously though, big thanks for taking the time to do this Jake, ur the man!

GLB is stupid this season btw. It doesn't even matter what I call, Darrel Williams just goes out there and turns water into wine... Heck if you scale out the Demolition games, Darrel has thrown 50%+ more TDs than any other QB in the west. Crazy imo.

Griz, I don't know how your team is doing so poorly, but I don't expect it to last. I fully expected your team to play like a team that came within 2 points of beating a 8-0 team. Yours is not the only team in this situation.

Of course you came within 2 points of beating a team that's 8-0 with the easiest SoS pro schedule EVAR. I'm really not being modest (unlike certain pro teams that used to do the rankings with a biased agenda) when I rank the NWNHs 5th. Until they beat one of the teams ranked above them, they don't deserve to be ranked higher...regardless of record.

Awww Jake - no need to defend your rankings. There is nothing personal here. I know exactly why our team isn't doing great, we're not an elite level pro team.

Our loss to the Toros was the one game that we f-ed up - we had a fairly easy FG to tie it, but for some reason we gambled on 4th down....we should have at the very least been in OT against them. That was frustrating. The rest of our losses have really been against teams that just had a bit too much for us to handle.

We're just up here, throwing some haymakers to try and make some noise before we slide off and re-group with our next batch of players next season. Don't let my babbling stop you from carving us or any other team up in your rankings.

Agreed. The east has maybe 3 elite teams and a bunch of scrubs. Personally, I wish the Hedgehogs were in the east cause we'd prolly be undefeated.
