I recently started playing again after six season or so of inactivity. This was a player I made back then, before I knew about slowbuilds and aiming for soft caps to maximise training and stuff. My question is do you think he would be able to find a job and have a productive season(in probably a cap28 league or something similiar) next season before he hits the 400 day mark? If not I'll retire him and use his flex for my next generation of players.

Forgot to mention that my stats are so bad mainly because I'm in a AAA league on an all cpu player team. Owner was nice enough to give me a spot for xp purposes.

You'll probably have a really hard time finding him a job, I'd retire. Plus he won't do much growing compared to the potential of your second generation dots.
