Now that speed, agility, adn vision are done I am moving on to jumping. The question is how high do I need to bring it? 48, 61, or 68?

61, imo. i havent tried going higher than that, but i dont think its really all to necessary, and then 48 is too low.

Definitely not this. Why would you invest any points into SAs till you are satisfied with your attributes what will gain as you level and SAs will not is beyond me.

you really think auto level gains on CB's after level 37 mean much? What are we talking about from level 40-70...4 points in jumping?
So if i get those 4 points at 61 bringing it to 65, that saves me 12 skill points.
If I get those 4 pts auto gains while jumping is in the 50's, i'll save 8 skill points.
so by brining it to 61 right away i'm saving a whole FOUR skill points. If I'm REALLY missing those 4 in jumping, I won't hesitate to spend those whopping 4 skill points i lost somewhere along the way from 40-70.

*edit, to make things more clear, its going to cost 21 skill points to get SDC and SV to 9 (including AEQ) that's 4 levels. Which means I'm missing out on 0.56 jumping points in auto gains.*

Anyway, SDC and SV help my team more than jumping will, and well, some teams/players aren're built strictly for their 2-3 season prime.

Some people still have an opinion that 61 jumping from 48 is not as beneficial as pumping a certain SA up.

Actually send http://goallineblitz.com/game/home.pl?user_id=21507 a pm and get a forum invite, more people who you want to listen to in there than here.

Definitely, IMO. Like boozer said, do you really want 65 jumping by level 70 instead of 61? And if you wait to bring it to 61 later on, after getting tons more use out of those SAs, you actually save something like 8 skill points because you didn't spend those 8 earlier to rush jumping to 61, since it'll be a natural 53 or something instead of a natural 49 when you double it. That's 8 more for SAs and other things in the long-run too, and I don't see how that's "saving" points to not over-invest in jumping.

I don't think 65 jumping is worth it, and I don't think 61 jumping at level 45 is either. The way LBs with 35 jumping can rack up non-knocked loose PDs even at high levels makes me question how useful jumping is in pass defense in the first place. In any case, I'd rather have higher SAs both earlier and later than 4 more jumping.
