I'm trying to set up my DB's to play close man to man coverage, but I want them to start 5 yards off the LOS.

I've got all Custom Plays set up, and have the DB's playing Deep but I don't want them to play 5 yards off of their man when they are 15 yards down field.

Anybody know how to set this up??

If you set them up 5 yards deep in the DPC, and they are on close coverage they will close the gap when they recognize it's a pass play and return to their normal coverage setting.

Yeah ... the main key here would be to trust your players to put them on close coverage.
