Wow Forbin, tough man to please. It's not a terrible build, points in SA's are a little early, agility needs some attention, as does speed. Get those up to at least 73, agility first (some might say 77 agility). Then get vision there. Leave the SA's alone for a while, plenty of time later.

Just way too inefficient so far. 2 attributes could have been at 77, or 2 at 73 and a 3rd nearing 68.

meh, maybe. 8 caps by level 32 isn't bad.
