I know its a major attribute but reading the confidence attribute and what it says... if your on a good team do you really need to put confidence to the 4th or 5th cap?

For a punter, confidence is all about consistency.

Depends on how high you take punting and whether or not you do confidence immediately after punting. If you take punting to third cap, then third cap con is probably plenty. OTOH, of you go 4th+ you should probably add another cap for every additional two caps you go up on punting. I'd advise against doing anything but confidence after punting.
