Enjoy... I'd save the trouble of watching the play by play but two top pee-wee Gold teams slug it out in the Air Attack tourney and it isn't pretty.

Should have been spiking the ball to stop the clock or doing a quick hit pass to make the quarter that you chose to run in last longer. :-)

This sucks, defensive gameplanning is boring even with all the new toys. If you are going up against a decent DC on the other side, you know the game is going to be a coin-flip because your offense will be running the same anemic crap that the other team is.

Last season in gold you had to change your gameplan a lot game-to-game because the offenses you saw were very different. Now it's just a matter of shifting your D-line around to cover whatever slam was actually getting more than 4 yards a play against you and hope you don't get burned by a typo in you AI.

slam. off tackle, sweep, slam, off tackle, sweep, blast, slam, off tackle, sweep. I don't even know why I have formations in my AI anymore all the plays that work are the same.

This is pathetic. I didn't have my defense covering the WR, but yet the Sim doesn't throw to the uncovered man.

You guys don't understand football....

The WR would have dropped it if the QB threw to him (as he was uncovered from the start which always results in the WR gettin over excited and hyped up, only to drop the ball when thrown too cause he's already started planning his TD dance), now the TE is in somewhat of a normal man coverage and is unexcited and will have a better chance of catching the ball. The QB takes all this into account when making the throw and he made the right read according to the sim. So the passing game at the lower levels is 'working as intended'!

Well that settles it. I'm happy now. That just made everything better. I don't mind the fact that my offensive unit blows now.
