This is my second season with a slow-build SS, and I was wondering what everyone's capping order was?

So far I have speed 3rd capped and now I am working on getting Agility 2nd capped.

Also, any suggestions as to what I should cap next would be appreciated.

I'm also in a second season slow building a SS and this is the order i'm following for my first 3 attributes.

4th Cap Speed First, after that I was planning on alternating Agility/Tackling until I get both to the 3rd Cap.

So far i'm pretty useless because my Natural Speed is 74 with low agility but it is slow building and it will take time for your build to balance out.

I'm tryin a different route:
Speed to 70
Strength to 60
Tackling to 50
THEN Agility/Vision

I'm thinking different than all of you .. I considered the level of competition and my players role ... which is primarily TE Coverage, Run Support and Last Line of Defense when figuring out order of build ...

Speed to Mid 60's - Cap at 68 after Vision has Capped @ 48
Strength to 48
Vision to 60
Tackling to 48
Agility
Stamina

Agility is great when required .. but in a SS I think it's lower down the pecking order ... your looking at a straight line player who'll pop anyone that get's in his territory, his primary coverage is the TE not agile WR's

recommend
Speed to 68
Vision to 68
agility to 60
tackling to 60
strength to 60
then agility, tackling, strength to 68.

I agree that low agility (final capping at 68) is fine with SS but also consider that many TEs are build like WRs. If you do have low agility, a good amount of CD helps. Plus agility also helps with tackling and acceleration so it shouldn't be completely ignored.

Another reason to do agility later if at all possible is because it's a minor attribute.

I think it was:

Stamina
Speed
Speed
Speed
Vision
Agility
Speed
Speed
Stamina
Vision
Speed
Tackling (level 35)
@ level 38:
Vision

Biggest mistake was capping agility. Got too attracted to getting stats over more value.

I'm not disagreeing with your numbers or your thinking at all and agree that agility is important ... but in the early stages (OP notes second season) there are far more important attributes for a SS to consider ... having super high speed and agility may be really kewl but in the first couple seasons of building I think your better served to get a good solid base with Strength, Vision and Tackling as well before charging ahead with excessive Speed and Agility ...

Seasons 3 and 4 are when you may want to concentrate more on triple capping specific attributes .. after you have a solid base on which to build is my thinking.

lol, yeah, agility is definitely a tough one with safeties. I could easily see it capped after tackling truthfully. Think that is what I did on my SS. First two are a given though...speed and vision to 68 and maybe even higher. After that, one could argue tackling and strength over agility because of the level gains.

......biggest mistake was capping stamina first among other things

if i was to start again with my SS

3rd cap speed
then vis or str, depending on where i wanted him to focus (run or pass)
then str or vis (whatever one i didnt do second)
then maybe agi, or maybe tackling if hes a run stopper

i'd have to have a closer look at training combos

of course he'd suck for the first few seasons

My lvl 32 FS.

Vision 68
Speed 74
Agility 60 currently, working to get it to 74.

Could be totally wrong, but it is what I've done to date.

Speed - 3:1 cap (60)
Vision - 3:1 cap
Agility - 3:1 cap
Strength - 2:1 cap (49)
Tackling - 2:1 cap
Speed - 4:1 cap (68)
Vision - 4:1 cap
Strength - 3:1 cap
Tackling - 3:1 cap
Agility - 4:1 cap
Confidence - 2:1 cap

Getting stamina 2:1 capped in between all of those is also a priority in my mind. Where, when that is done is up to you because you won't lose much anyway... if done later on, like level 32+.
