I'm wondering if the HB tag works when he lines up at FB. I suspect it won't, but I'm looking for some confirmation. Anyone know for sure?

I'm also unaware of the answer to this question, and I would like to know.
Scenario:
You tag their HB1 as speedy. They sub HB1 in as the FB for a play, and run their HB2 at HB.
The most logical approach would be to have the defense AI look at whoever is lined up at FB and check to see whether that player is tagged "speedy", regardless of his natural position. But I've heard some talk in other forums that suggests that this is not the way the AI actually works; instead, it has been suggested, the defensive AI will call plays based on "speedy HB" in this scenario, which means in all likelihood that your defense will pile up a bunch of guys on his HB2, leaving the HB1 (playing FB) free to zip around the outside and burn you downfield.

no it won't unless you set him up as "custom1" or something, then have an input looking for "custom1" in the FB tag drop down.
