The build is decent and certainly serviceable. He has CE and AEQ that gives +FS & +QC. All EQ is upgraded to level 40 already.
Note: I will not be boosting this player anymore, his build was partially experimental at first and it didn't pan out like I had hoped. All I am looking for is somewhere I can get 20+ plays and max exp... whether I'm the starter or 5th string doesn't matter, as long as he gets the reps.
