I'm sure this question has been asked a 1000 times but we dont have a search fucntion so I am asking it again. I notice that RR gives a bonus when route running. When is a WR router running. Is that anytime up untill they catch a pass?

Yes. "Route" is the term used for the WR's predetermined path and the running of said path. Each play typically has a different route, and some WRs run certain routes better than others.
After the WR catches the ball, he is no longer running on a route.
