Have you taken time off the game?

If so I'd recommend visiting the wiki ( http://www.glbwiki.com ) and reading up on Slowbuilding and cap-focused building.

Couple options are:
train agility/vision, soft cap or third cap agility, soft cap vision, switch to training speed/tackling or strength/tackling
train speed/agility, soft cap speed and agility, switch to training agility/vision, third cap speed
train speed/agility, third cap agility, train strength/tackling, third cap strength, train speed/tackling, soft cap speed & tackling

Yeah my last season I played was 5. I could be off, but I'm pretty sure it was around there.

none is markedly better than the others. It's all about thinking what kind of player you want to have and then working backwards on how to get there.

I will say that for almost any player you build, you can take two attributes to the fourth cap (73.25), one to the third (68) and three or four to the soft cap (48) by level 50. That probably doesn't go for HB and QB who typically spend way more in SAs than other positions.
