I am the head coach of 2 pee wee teams and assist with a team that my offense led to 2 trophies last season. Last season, I coached 3 QBs to top 10 rushing and at least 1 of them was in the top 5 passing TDs last season. If interested in joining one of the teams I'm working with, I need a commitment to build as a running QB and be active. Custom EQ and Boosting would be AWESOME too. But, I don't require that as long as you are willing to go with the running build.
