What do you guys think about dishing out responsibilities this next season for each conference?

One owner responsible for weekly pregame breakdowns

Another responsible for the weekly power rankings

Another for collecting pro bowl ballots

etc

Just seems like we got these things started last season but never got them finished.

Ill go ahead and volunteer for one of the above

Well, I'll definitely continue my weekly Western Conference picks. There not really indepth, but they'll be entertaining.

I will try to do a better job of pro-bowl ballots. Something to make it easier is that I will start a discussion thread in week 1. In week 13, I will create a thread for people to cast their full ballot. After all games for week 16 are played, I will tally the ballots and post the full pro bowl team.

Also, we will vote to fill the roster to the full like the NFL does. Let me know if you guys have any input to make this easier or better.

dusk has the pro bowl ballot

and Ill collect the weekly power ranking votes... unless someone else wants to do it

Not a big fan of the pro-bowl stuff but I love the pre-game breakdowns of Thrash and I also like the power rankings week by week.

Pro bowl seems out of place in a MMO team oriented sim...IMHO.

Agreed but its still fun for the players, I told my guys that if any of them make the pro-bowl, I would add it to the avatars

Thats a great idea MonteA. Will work on that myself. As for usefulness; I said it before and I will say it again, this whole game is for entertainment and to burn idle time. Whats one more item for discussion and debate? There are some players in the league that become known and people take notice because of such discussion.

Good examples of that are Rockrunner and Jimmy Cakes. Wouldn't of even thought of recognizing them as elite without such discussions.

that would be a fun idea

That woul be cool. would be a bit of work for someone though.

One difficulty to pulling this off is that we would have to allow other people to view our players attributes. I don't think any owner is going to give out that kind of scouting info freely.

Yeah thats giving Badlands some pretty good info
