I'm looking for a 38 cap team, preferably, who needs a pass catcher to put them over the top. He can run, but is being built as a pure pass catcher first. He has all his EQ to date, but will need level 40. Boosts, wears custom, and was slow built.

This is a brand new team, and we have yet to build up our stadium but i would not mind adding a lions fan to the roster
