This QB has a very positive future. He hasn't been the leader on any team to this point but has done very well as a backup thus far. His 77 throwing at lvl 22 makes passing easy!
All his gear adds up to +16% pass quality so figure add another 12 pts to that 77 basically. Not many QB's with those kind of stats at lvl 22. Will boost and already have custom eq.
