What is your natural speed? Stop putting points in sa's. Get speed and agility to at least 68 each(natural) first and foremost. Not a whole lot of good training options left, either jumping/catching or strength/blocking. I would say 5/10 due to you tried to make him balanced to soon. Don't worry about being good early in your players carrer. Just take the attribute you want tobe the best in and put all your sp's in it until you get it as high as you want then move onto the next one.

Not a really bad build, he can be salvaged.
