They're really pretty similar...But a good goal is
80 strength
80 speed
80 agility
Base stats,,,
Then adding equipment in to agility until about 110...And the rest in strength.

yeah, um... doesn't it take until at least level 25 to get into the hundreds or even 80's?

Yeap...But it's a long term goal to be worked towards for quite a few months.

77 capping the big 3 for DTs is a nice goal.
My DT is level 28 and has Agility 77 capped (sitting well over 80 with the level up bonus). Currently Agility is at 106 with EQ. I am 1 point away from getting Strength to 77 and I have Tackling soft capped. So by the early to mid 30's I will get speed up to respectable levels and should hopefully start to be preforming at a high level.
I also have 2 pieces of Tunnel Vision EQ. Long term Shed Block will be getting up to 8 or so.
A DT has such amazing level gains you really want to take the time and bring each individual attribute to the highest level possible to maximize level up value.
So if you are building a NT go
Strength to 77 (at least)
Agility to 77
Speed to 68
With a NT you are going to want to spend more points in SAs so that is why you don't take speed higher. Or at least why I don't take speed higher.
So if you want to build a DT
Agility to 77
Strength to 77
Speed to 73/77
