I'm looking to bring in a new QB, one who can definitely gun it out. Preferably in the high level 50s, but I am willing to consider anything above level 50.

I equalize the run and the pass, but I'm looking to go more pass for next season.

I use a one QB system so the sole position is yours. I may decide to bring in a second QB, but they would be purely a scrambling QB, and the chances of that are slim to none.

All EQ is paid for and our stadium is 100% fully built, meaning all funds that come in, go straight to player salaries and equipment upgrades (including if you find great AEQ and need the cash to re-do some equipment)
