Greetings

S12 is about to start whitin soon, or atleast what you could call S12 Offseason, and thats why im writing to you. Let me first introduce myself. Im Recruter, OC and Co-Owner of Aalborg Chipmunks, a currently 13 capped team that just won the Championship. As many other teams, recruiting for s12 have started, and we are on that path aswell. We are out looking for a couple dedicated and active agents, who are willing to be a part of our special organization. As mentioned, we was/are a 13 capped team, who recently (s10->s11) demoted to cap 13, cause we wanted to start from scratch. We did, and with succes
Still we have some unfilled positions, and ALL of your lvl 22 players looks very interested from our pov. We want to contenue our dominance next season where we will be a 24 capped team. We are writing a couple of agents at the same time, so the spots are only avalible till the first dedicated agent give us a verbal commitment

We are ONLY looking for agent who are dedicated, active, got good build players, who will boost each season - and by some time will buy CE.

Team History
The team started 4 seasons ago. The first season was a hard one for us, where we were late on recruiting, due to bad expectations and we didn't have an OC that could run an advanced AI. Second year was alot better, but we still missed an experienced OC. We made the playoffs with a bounch of good players but didn't go as far in the play-offs due to the lack of an OC. We had high expectations in the 3rd season where we had an almost perfect team, but our chemestry loss was critical, aswell as the money spend on signing and trading us to new players. We went 1-4 the first 5 games, but managed to turn it arround to 10-6, due to a new OC, who is still here today (myself). Our defense have in the 3 years been one of the best, but w/o an offense, it's no use. We learned by our mistakes, but the economy was not going to be good, so we demoted for s12, with hugh succes. We started recruiting early, and got alot of verbal commitments. That paid off. We just won the Championship game this season, so we are only looking for the best..

Finances
Our Finances couldnt be better atm.. We got PLENTY of money for signings, trades and equipment.. We will finish building the rest of lvl 200 on stadium, which will allow us to start building lvl 300.. Seats will be maxed out.

Contract/Equipment/Playing Time
Equipment paid in full. We aim to pay EQ money as fast as possible
Players longer on the team will get a higher salary and "bonus".
Contracts will at the begining be either 1 or 2 seasons, End Day 40. Then we will discuss renewal around day 25 next season!
We always do our best to get players around 30 plays, at least. We like to keep it balanced. There are no such things as a direct backup.. We use 98/99 in subrates, so there is just as much playtime for as "backup" as a starter.

Offense
OC: lasan2night - Asst. OC: phelps09
- "On the offense, my highest priority is to scout properly for every single opponent. The tactics can change from one game to another, and therefore I require some activity on the forum. I'm very aware of getting every player a role in every single game. As mentioned earlier, backups are just as important as starters. I plan to have a dominant offense, which will be very hard for the opponents defense to predict. I have alot of experince on the offensive AI, and have excellent help in my assistent OC ."

Defense
DC: Crush05 - Asst, DC: whodey08
- "Defensively i will keep up the good work last season.. We will mainly run a 4-3, but 3-4 can happen from time to time.. We got the Defensive MVP title the last two seasons, due to this AI.. Its championship tested, with another team.. Im looking for activity, since that is so important for me. I am studying the oponents close, to take advantage on their weeknesses. Every players as lasan mentioned, is very important for me, and will se alot of time."

Special Team
STC: nickies - Asst. STC: lasan2night
- "Special Team is so important for a good build organization.. We have been dominating ST last season, and eveyone have a role on ST.. We have only few dedicated ST players, which only playes on ST, so a good rotation with the starters and "backups" are important.. "

Goal:
1. Creating a solid team where we will have to change a minimum of players every season.
2. Getting more dominant in all 3 aspects of the game (Offense, Defense & Special Teams) aswell in s12.
3. Have the stadium full-built before players start hitting 32.

Expectations:
1. Every player should be well build!
2. Activity from the players (Forum, tactics etc.) (This is likely the most important of them all)
3. Commitment to this team! We expect you to do what is in your power to do what is best for the 'Munks, and we will do what is better for you.
4. Boosting every year is a must if we want to keep up with the cap raises we will race
5. CE will have to be bought at some time
