Want to learn a little about running a offense and defense? In season 12, I am going to let one lucky (they might think they are unlucky after they see how much damn work I put into game planning lol) person tag along with me as OC and another as DC for the USAPL Washington Wolfpack. We'll go through game plans, scouting, identifying tendencies, DPC play creation, player development guides... the works really. If the person does a good job learning every thing, my goal is to turn the offense or defense over to them in season 13 when the Wolfpack reloads with their farm team. This won't be a gimmie job though, you'll have to earn it.

Qualifications? Just a sincere interest to learn and a willingness to devote at least 2-3 hours every 2 days for a month and a half (from pre-season to end of season) and a desire to take over the reigns full time eventually. You can be a complete newbie or an experienced coordinator looking to improve.

No pm's please. Post your interest here with a simple statement of why you are interested in being an apprentice. I'll give people a couple days to post interest and then will narrow down the candidates for further questioning (any one that has ever recruited my players knows I take my "processes" very seriously lol). Also, tell me which role you prefer (OC or DC) as I am picking two separate people.

I want to be an apprentice in order to learn more about DCing/OCing. I don't have much experience as I've only been playing the game since season 7, but I do have a decent knowledge of both AIs / DPC / playbook / packages. Here is a list of the limited experience I do have.

As you may be able to tell, I'm pretty active. I post a lot in private and team forums. I want to learn a little more about the game and being an apprentice to such an accomplished coordinator would certainly help me. I've been kind of self / Wiki taught, with a few sprinkles thrown in here and there from some other coordinators.

By the way, isn't this the wrong forum?

Easy choice imo, if you don't choose me to carry on the Mayan legacy, then my defense fails, and Mayans will lynch me, you know this is a crazy bunch..

Is it wrong to pick me for one and TB for the other?

I'm interested in OC more than DC, and it'd be to continue the success you've helped us build on Mayan. Also TB is terribad at offense, lolTB.

I'm an experienced OC and would love to learn more and get some advice from one of the best coordinators in the game.I'm extremely active, on this game way too damn much and need some more ways to spend time.

actually, I've just decided I'll take on three apprentice OC's and three apprentice DC's - first three to respond to each, then the one that I think has done the best job over the course of the season I'll bring on:

OC's: Stink Cheese, jvguballa, jxgator33
DC's: tigerbait22, RonnieBrown23, BlazingBlitz

I'll send you guys invites to a private forum at the end of the season (so in essence you'll get to see both sides being coordinated but your responsibilities will lie on one side and there will be work involved )
