Thanks for all the offers so far. Some of them are very detailed and I appreciate that very much. I haven't formally replied to any team that sent me offers yet, I assure you that it's not the sign that I'm not interested. But truthfully, I'm still looking for a couple more offers, especially in the higher divisions.

To answer some questions that I didn't address before. He does boost every preseason and have CE. So far he has all his upgrades done for his level, except for one AEQ that is waiting to be upgraded(need cash basically), it's not desperate anyways. And yes, once I join a team, I am willing to accommodate whatever the team needs for success so any modification to his EQs or VPTs are fine for me. And I do check forums frequently and especially to change tactics before games, almost without fail. Hope that clears it up!
