have a few inquiries with rushing QB's so far but im looking for a guy who has focused his whole career to be a rusher

I'm a very active and experienced owner. My QB was first a scrambler, than last year I changed his build a little so he could be use as a Rushing QB.

I want a team that are able to use Rushing QB. I don't want 30 carries / game. A rushing QB is important so the others teams have to stack the box a little more, it can open the deep bals or the inside for your RBs. He has to be feared by DC.
