why not?
Dont see why you put eq. in strength this early. You need the stamina to get some plays in.
get speed to 74 and stamina to 48 before anything else and then see if you really want your eq. strength.

looks good to me.
leave your equipment in strength.

strength and agility until it costs 6 points(dont spend 6) then speed until your happy with the performance.

train vision and jumping to low 30s. then confidence and stamina to low 30s. i wouldnt touch tackling for a very long time.

will be a very good LDE. pump heavyweight VA and he could be beastly.

Thanks for the input guys.

I was actually thinking about getting tackling up to 61 so that I can switch to power tackling, what do you think about this option? Edit: Obviously, I would also have to switch my VAs into power tackler..

As for the stamina, I thought there will be plenty of time for that later. My plan was to get key attributes as high as possible soon, because of the natural gains. Fact is that I get significantly less playtime than a starting DE, but it is still enough to guarantee me approx. max xp.

From personal experience with my own power-based DE, you should up blocking, and work on getting Strong Base up to at least 10.

That leads to pancaking a lot of o-linemen, and lots of plays in the backfield. My guy takes on the RT and TE both, when lined up properly, and both usually wind up on their backs.

Why would you want to invest all those points into tackling when your DE only made 10 tackles last year? O_o

DON'T.

Finish getting your agility to 77 and move your speed up to 73+ as well.

I imagine that after 2 more seasons this one should change dramatically.

I'm still stumped that you want to get tackling to 61 when your speed is 51. That's like putting Fikse's on a Geo Metro.
