Background - I've considered retiring Tebow due to difficulties finding him a good home. I believe his build is solid, and has a ton of room for tinkering. In the one season that he was primary QB, he racked up 5k yards and top QB honors.
If I can find a good home and OC for him in S12, the team that recruits him will get a lot in return.
