I would retire honestly. Holding on to those points is a huge problem. Centers have huge level bonuses you must take advantage of. You want to cap early and often.

agree, plus you can get a better roll

if you don't retire assign points to cap attributes asap

By level 13 I'd expect str to be around 77

Gary Hughes summed it up succinctly, but let me try to expand a bit:

Obviously, the build has a decent start. However, due to the lack of knowledge on the OP's part about exactly how level up points work on a center (when slowbuilding you should cap str ASAP), his build will never be what it could have been. That doesn't mean it will be bad, per se. IMO, knowing that at level 13 your build will never be as good as it could have been is a good reason to retire and try the process again. It will only take about one season to recover.
