Phineas Kzaapen has been built as a return guy. He's looking for probably a Cap16 team for Season 12 and possibly longer. He is Level 14 and has already boosted. He's not a bad little cornerback either, could help out there maybe 4th or 5th on the depth chart, but primarily I want to get him returns.
