Boards are dead, maybe some college football talk will spark some discussion.

Big 12 sucks, and my Horns will have to win out to have a sniff of the BCS game. Came out extremely slow against a horrid Wyoming team, and looked like utter crap, but played much better in the second half.

Also, seeing that I am affiliated with the Woodys, watching Tressel call that game last night made me want to put my dots into free agency. I hate USC, but Carroll was the better coach by far last night.

Here's to a NLAA game next week against Tech, revenge should be sweet.

Yea Tressel isn't a very smart guy or much of a strategist. He gets by on having the fortune of great talent every year. He's one of the most overrated coaches in the game from a tactical standpoint.

Charlie Weis should have been fired before he left the field on Saturday. He must have used the ol' buggy AI excuse for those two passes in the fourth.

Hokies should win the ACC again, but need to show up against the big name OOC teams to get more national recognition.

Georgia Tech will give the Hokies a run for the money in the ACC. I'm looking forward to heading to Blacksburg this weekend to watch VT v Nebraska. Should be a good one...

I hope you enjoy yourself. Blacksburg is an awesome college town and Lane will be rocking. Lincoln was amazing and the atmosphere at your stadium was pretty incredible.

I don't think he's a good coach but recruiting is half of college football so at least he's really good at part of it.

Yeah you can win with a bunch of great players and a dumb coach, but you can't win with a smart coach and a bunch of crappy players. Players are the trump suit.

Recruiting is less than half ... In defense of my argument I offer Ron Zook and Charlie Weis as evidence.

I haven't really been truly impressed with any college football team yet this season...

I was just thinking this same thing. The SEC teams I have looked at have been pretty vanilla.

tOSU nearly lost to Navy and then played USC close - toss those guys out of the race.

OK state looked great against Georgia and then shit the bed this weekend.

I would not be surprised to see a Florida/BYU National Championship game at this point.

We will find out how legit we are Thursday night. Hopefully they come out w/ revenge on their minds after that game last season
