He has been pretty consistent at CB but I would like to make him an elite punt returner. Any advise?

More speed, more agility, more vision (not Superior Vision)...more carrying. It is pretty difficult to take a player designed to be a CB and make them an elite return man (the build order for return men is generally speed and agility to 4th cap, vision to 3rd cap, carrying/strength to 1st cap, confidence to 1st cap, etc).

well since your a cb and your lvl 38 auto level ups are minimal

just train conf /carrying on intense

while doin that max out your SA's first step change direction and return spec

by the time those are maxed youll have gotten alot of training in

also reset your VAs at the start of next season and go into special teamer mode....

Agility looks decent. Get Speed, Vision, then Strength and Carrying up (1st or 2nd cap). Get as much Return Spec as possible and put points into Special Teamer and Return man. After those, work on confidence/stamina.
