To train a DE?

I can't even afford to train on intense. What is up with this?

training is based on level, not position...if you want to make more money, or have an owner that will give you a bonus if you are low on training funds, then I suggest leaving the D Leagues...

Seeing as you just made your DE he should have enough money from the default amount given out.

I think you spent it on crack and hoes. Imo.
