Knock the bitch covering you out.

Build a possession WR being the obvious answer.

Catching the ball.

sometimes you can prevent them If you are playing a well built CB he is going to get a jump on the ball now and then,Also if it is a bad throw by the QB it makes it easier to defend.To minimize the chance of having it happen i would say you want Jumping Vision and catching and some confidence
