Are there any other HB's out there that have 3 green scouting bars. I know it means little, but I've been trying to get there for a long time.

idk but if i had grim in the backfield I would be motivated to get my third bar dark green as well

Most 1st generation players weren't well built because of the lack of knowledge. I think the highest scouted guy was 66 overall, at Lv65, but his Receiving was at 60 (not dark green).
Maybe next generation players will get there.
