I rolled for AE and got a piece of equipment that gives my DE a +1 to strength and +1 to blitz. It is meant for the CB but it says it gives a boost to speed and agility. I would assume this would work for a DE as speed and agility are two very important attributes for a high sacking DE. I am curious if anyone has this?

You just missed a discussion on it. Many people have 7+ Blitz and sees minimal benefits, however, some swears that it's a great piece to have. At the end of the day the easy answer is that yes it works. The tough answer is how much benefit does it really do and is it worth it to have that or try to find an AE with Tunnel Vision or First Step instead.

Well, we had this discussion somewhere else. I have 2 pieces for my lv 27 DE, and I like it. I like the advantage of having a good piece or 2 that aren't available for my position. I can always add to shed block or TV if I want. I would like to see how it looks later on when I am pumping my SA's, and VA's along with it.

I agree, if you land two pieces of Blitz, I think it would be worth it. I would buy it, stash it, and keep shopping for another. In the mean time if something like a Shed Block, First Step, Tunnel Vision with +2 or 3 speed or agility comes along, buy that and ditch the Blitz dream.

Blitz sucks at 10 for corners, why would it be good for Linemen? people are stupid on this game. seriously.

I actually saw an improvement when I got bored and added blitz custom equip to a CB with no points in blitz.
He actually got a sack.

The season 6 links dont work where he got 3 sacks in first season with the AEQ, but I believe he was about lvl 20ish in this game.
