We are in PeeWee Gold playing against some of the best of the best elite PeeWee Teams.
Currently seeking an experienced OC and Head Coach. I prefer that they will at least build one player on our team and they must not have any conflict of interest with any other Gold PeeWee Team. Looking for someone that can be loyal to our team and not any bias towards another gold team. Currently our S12 Roster is full, however I will give up one of the positions that I have earmarked for myself for S12. Our roster next season consist of over 20+ active agents that are eager for success.
I would like these Mgmt. positions filled to carryout the rest of S11 and a fresh start with S12 and a new clean roster already prepared.(so recruiting will be @ a minimum). This will allow you to gain some headway before S12 starts. We have a forum for our S12 roster and a forum for our current players on the team.
Below are more details in what we are seeking:
Head Coach- To oversee that we maintain organization. Is vocal about what we are lacking and achieving (bad and good). Also gives encouragement and constructive criticism to help the over all moral of the team. Helps with OC and DC in making sure tactics are being posted in the forum so our players are all on the same page and in the know. Has a leadership mentality. An A+ communication ability to be on the same page as the OC, DC and Owner. Looks over builds to make sure EQ is on and builds are making suitable progress. Adjusts depth chart as needed and making sure agents/players have there EQ and Custom EQ in the best attribute for performance. Willingness to work well with OC and DC on a mature level when necessary.
OC - The ability to put together plays that make a versatile offense. That is wiling to share ideas and thoughts about what might work best against an opponent. Posting GP for agents to have there players tactics and builds set to carry out the strategy. Setting the AI up from game to game with winning and the team in mind.
