i agree...no coaches!
Although, I'd prefer no coaches at any level.
I love how b/c a few of the original owners want a new way to continue to dominate the 95% of GM's that have come along after them the rest of us get screwed.

Hey I've got a lot of old players on the cusp of retiring. I'm all for it 
I don't really want an advantage, I just think it's a fun option to keep old players in the game. I'm all for banning the gains from it, I just dig the idea of the player remaining involved.

Wow after reading thru all the announcement that Bort made, I couldn't think of a more horrible idea that he's come up with. How f'ing retarded would having coaches, at any level, be. All it would be as someone mentioned is the rich getting richer and the poor getting poorer. Guys who have been playing forever have a huge advantage since anyone who has been around usually has a good network of agents they know. You'll just see a round-robin of people putting coaches on their/friends team for the benefits. I'm baffled anything this stupid is even considered...
