I just rolled a piece of AEQ, +2 Jumping, +1 Big Sack SA for my OLB. Is this a good piece? I haven't really specialized my guy yet, any tips on where to go next are welcome, and of course whether or not this piece is worthwhile.

Vision --> 61
Agility --> 68
If he's an OLB Jumping/Catching should be what you're training. Eventually switch that training to Strength/Tackling and cap both but not until later. Should train Stamina/Confidence up a bit as well. All imo but that's what I'd do.

No experience with Big Sack but from experience with other SAs and reading other posts its not considered a top SA as is and its not like +2 jumping is something to write home about, I'd keep rolling.

Big Sack AEQ might be OK if you are a ROLB and you get at least 30 sacks a season without AEQ help.
