Is that 116.7 your natural kicking or equipment adjusted?

I'm willing to bet you have 4*7 = 28 in kicking, which leads to a natural kicking of 88.7. That would make your scouting bar 79.1. You can get to gold by adding +4 to AGL or Vis or +2 to Conf or +1 to kicking.
