I've been looking for an OC or DC for my SLAP team since season 3.
I have a pretty comprehensive DAI in place already and I'm working on slowly adding to my new OAI template, so I'm not sure how much tweaking would be necessary with that.
But I can use help scouting, coming up with new DPC plays for each opponent, and getting an outside perspective on things that are working and that aren't.
Also, I need someone to blame when things go wrong.
I honestly don't really even know how this whole hiring a coordinator thing works since I've never had the pleasure of doing it before. So just let me know if you want to take a look at the team and see where to go from there.

We are in need of DC/OC for Season 12
We are an Minors Uncapped #3 team .
You'd work with our 2 existing scouts to set game plans for upcoming games.
We have an active owner and GM's and active players. The owner, that's me , really cares about this team and wants them to do well.
I'm willing to take input from my GM's and allow you guys to control the gameplans and take the team in the direction that you see fit.
We've traditionally been a power run-first team, but the past season had some stand out performers in both the rushing and passing game (#1 WR led the league in yards & TD's, Power HB was second in rushing yards and 3rd in TD's)
We finished 9th last season, but are looking better this year.
