im pretty balanced, and i dont know what to do next..?

put everything into vision, train agility, put everything there after your next level, then retire & start over, this time read about building to soft caps, slow building, etc (go to the wiki).

and you have eq in throwing??

I cant retire him, since hes my first player and i wanna keep him and not start over :S But does this mean i cant never reach elite lvl?

you've since closed the build but I think it's not even a question of reaching elite. iirc he didn't look like he'd ever be even above average.
