I'm an active Agent. My list of needs in a team.
1. Pay for Equiptment Upgrades
2. Defense must play 4 defensive lineman and 3 linebackers. 4/3 defense.
3. I don't want to be underleveled for the league. I'll take over leveled but not underleveled.
4. 1 year contract. This way I can make sure I like the team before i do a 3 year deal.
I used to recruit and I find it is easier to deal with people that know what they want. I don't care about the money if my equiptment upgrades are taken care of. I don't care about a winning record as long as there is a plan to turn that around. I would like to be part of the plan.
