I'm not really sure how AEQ works.

is it even worth it to replace a +4 speed EQ upgrade? any advice would be appreciated!

That's a nice piece even without any attributes. It depends on how many bonus tokens you have? Probably not worth it to equip yet unless you can upgrade it a few times instantly.

Oh, so I should just hold onto it? okay.

other opinions would be appreciated as well.

My HB (http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=801944) currently has two AEQ pieces that are now +15% Fake.

I am not sure how or if it is annotated on the replays when it triggers. However, my HB did start to increase his yardage as soon as I had each piece upgraded above +11%
