looks good. Keep getting strenght and agility both to 68, carrying to 60 or plus, and train stamina, conf, vision and catching

Between strength, speed, and agility, get them all to 68 asap imo. You ought to be able to get a couple more good seasons out of him. He should be pretty good in a 28 capped league.

Yeah, you can still make him really good, and there are still several paths you can take depending on what you want him to be.
