I actually really love this build. Get your agility to 73 natural and then get your SA's up. (first 3 in elusive and first 4 in powerback IMO) Great job!

I would take 2 EQ pieces and put them into strength and 1 into agility. Whats speed natural? Also to be even more effective take carrying up to the 2nd or 3rd cap.
